Returns & Authorizations
Freight
Customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with returns.
Warranty
• RCAI product warranty covers soft goods material for 10 days.
• RCAI product warranty covers shell and hard materials for 1 year.
Product Return Authorization (RGA)
• Drop ship / direct order return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
• Distribution / warehouse return requests must be made within 90 days of invoice date.
• Prior authorization is required before merchandise can be returned. The return authorization number (RGA) must be displayed on the shipping label or on the package itself. All returned merchandise will be refused if the RGA number does not appear. Returns will not be processed without prior authorization.
• All RCAI returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• To obtain a return authorization number, contact Customer Service with your Order # or PO #.
• Return Good Authorization (RGA) is valid for 30 days from date issued. Products not received by supplier within 30 days will not be accepted.
• Returns products must be unused, resalable condition, and in original packaging.

Defective Product Return Authorization (DRGA)
• Prior authorization is required before merchandise can be returned.
• The defective return goods authorization number (DRGA) must be displayed on the shipping label or on the package itself.
• All returned merchandise will be refused if the DRGA number does not appear on the shipping label or package.
• DRGA numbers are valid for 30 days. Products not received within 30 days will not be accepted.
• No credit will be issued for defective or broken products. Items will only be repaired or replaced if the findings confirm a manufacturer's error.
• If the customer cannot wait for the product to be returned and evaluated, the supplier will ship and bill the customer for a new product. Customer must issue a purchase order number prior to defective product evaluation.
• Repair: Replacement ships at no charge if defect is confirmed.
• Replacement: If irreparable, full replacement shipped at no charge.
Exchange Authorization
• RCAI processes item exchange requests as a return for the incorrect item and a new sales order for the correct item.
• Please have your order confirmation # or purchase order # available to expedite the process.
• Return Good Authorization (RGA) is valid for 30 days from date issued. Products not received within 30 days will not be accepted.
