All consumer orders are placed online. For customization or clinical purchasing, see the sections below.
Customer Accounts
Business → ConsumerOrders placed through RCAI’s online store are processed as business‑to‑consumer. We can customize most products—please submit specific requests via our contact form.
U.S. Shipping & Handling — Normal/Ground (FedEx)(USPS)
- Most parcel items are processed within 24 hours during the Monday–Friday business week.
- Orders placed over the weekend are processed first thing Monday morning.
- We’ll email shipment confirmation and a tracking number when your product ships.
You can set up an account with RCAI by credit application, cash, credit card payment, or wire transfer. After your first order, we’ll assign an account number for future orders.
Payments
Payments are accepted in USD via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or wire transfer.
Freight & Duties
Customers are responsible for freight charges and any applicable import/export duties, tariffs, or value‑added taxes.
Carriers
RCAI ships via FedEx and UPS for ground, next‑day, 2‑day, 3‑day, and international economy/express. If you prefer a freight forwarder, provide the contact name, company, address, and phone/fax details.
Same‑Day Shipping Cutoffs
- Domestic (U.S.): Standard orders received before 3:30 p.m. ET Mon - Fri excluding holidays. ship the same day.
- International: Orders received before 3:15 p.m. ET Mon - Fri excluding holidays ship the same day.
- Orders received after these times ship the next business day.
