Return & Warranty Policies

Simple, clear, and responsive guidelines for freight, warranty, returns, and exchanges.

Freight

Customer isresponsible for all freight charges associated.

Warranty
  • RCAI product warranty covers the soft goods material for 10 days.
  • RCAI product warranty covers the shell and hard materials for 1 year.
Product Return Authorization (RMA)
  • Drop ship / direct order return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Distribution/warehouse return requests must be made within 90 days of invoice date.
  • Prior authorization is required before merchandise can be returned. The return authorization number (RGA) must be displayed on your shipping label or on the package itself. All returned merchandise will be refused if return authorization (RGA) number does not appear on the shipping label or package. Returns will not be processed without prior authorization.
  • All RCAI returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Please have your order confirmation # or purchase order # available to expedite the returns process.
  • Return good authorization (RGA) is good for 30 days from date the number is issued. Products not received by supplier within 30 days will not be accepted.
Defective Product Return Authorization (DRMA)
  • Prior authorization is required before merchandise can be returned.
  • The defective-return goods authorization number (DRGA) must be displayed on your shipping label or on the package itself.
  • All returned merchandise will be refused if return authorization (DRGA) number does not appear on the shipping label or package. DRGA numbers are good for 30 days, products not received by supplier within 30 days will not be accepted.
  • No credit will be issued for defective or broken products. They will only be repaired or replaced if the findings are a manufacturer’s error.
  • If the customer will not or cannot wait for the product to be returned and evaluated, supplier will ship and bill the customer for a new product. Customer must issue a purchase order number for products being shipped prior to defective product evaluation.
  • Repair: Replacement ships at no charge if defect confirmed.
  • Replacement: If irreparable, full replacement shipped at no charge.
the Exchange Authorization
  • RCAI process item exchange requests as a return for the incorrect item and a new sales order for the correct item being ordered.
